I went online and reserve a vehicle through you guys about 10 to 14 days in advance and a day of that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle I received an email three hours before it it’s time for me to pick up my vehicle that the location has been changed so I wasn’t giving enough notification time to try and make the necessary arrangements which led to me missing a cruise that I had already paid for and the amount of $1600 that I lost because of you all‘s negligence to properly notified me in time to make the necessary arrangements. So What I don’t understand is why do you allow customers to make reservations online and take their payment if you’re not going to secure them a vehicle at their sets pick up location When they have already paid in advance and you already have the money
