I was rented a car in Raleigh NC that 4 days into our 8 day trip had the change oil light come on. I calls CS and they told me to take it into the nearest Budget location.
That location, located at Crabtree Mall, refused to assist me in any way. They instead told me to go to the airport if I want help, even though they are CONNECTED to a Sears Automotive who could have easily changed the oil.
When I called CS to file a complain on the location and find out what I should do, I was disconnected 2 more times before someone finally could assist. I was on the phone for an hour and most of it was connecting to dead air over an over again.
