On Tuesday September 11, I made reservations for a compact car ,the reservations were for pick-up Thursday September 13th -Friday September 14th and to be dropped off on Saturday September 15th . So he received a confirmation but went to pick it up on Thursday morning but when he got there he was told that they didn't have any cars.
What was the purpose of making reservations and getting a confirmation # if there no cars available.The reservations were made by me for my husband.
We are regular customers and Budget has always been reliable. We were very dissappointed.This is in a hundred words what's your next excuse.
