After 14 hours of delay of the plaine, we arrived to Budget rental company for a car. We were given the key to the vehicle which had a sticker that the car was inspected.
We had family of 6 which included two little kids and 4 adults. On the way to the hotel the car had showed that there is a problem to the tire. We tried to call the company but no one picked up the phone or drops the calls. Finally, on the second day we were able to get someone who stated go to the nearest shop and change the tires.
During the family vacation we had to find a shop to fix the problem. The company did not want to accommodate us by giving a new vehicle which is insane. After the tire was fixed, on our 3rd day the other tire started giving us the same issues. My husband took the vehicle to the Budget company where he explained that how can they provide unsafe vehicles to the clients.
The person by the name ANNA who at the beginning claimed that she is a manager was so rude, nasty and unprofessional instead of apologizing to us for inconvenience and unsafety, shouted why we took the vehicle if there is a problem not realizing that the problem existed after we left the airport on the way to the hotel. Stay away from this company.
