I rented a car from Budget last month but needed to cancel the reservation. On their website it says total amount (minus $10) would be refunded to my credit card within 7 business days.

I waited waited waited...After 2 weeks I sent an email to them and they apologized, told me they would refund withing 10 days. I waited, waited, waited...There was no refund again...I contacted them once more, they said they would refund within a week immediately... It has been more than a month since I cancelled my reservation but I am still waiting for the refund.

My honest advice, don't ever rent a car from Budget. They don't deserve your money, you deserve much more better service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $556.

Budget Rent A Car Cons: Budget as a whole company.

Identical issue with Budget. I cancelled on June 8th.

Have made dozens of calls. Told 5-7 days for refund 4 times now. Yesterday 7/3 I was told another dept is handlling it. " Be patient sir".

Im not happy. Theft of my money at this point by Budget
