Budget Rent A Car - Frustrated!

I rented a car from budget in Hilo,HI. I gorgot my disability placard and i have been calling for the past 2 days. No one answers the phone! I live on the main isla Oahu so mailing it to me should be ok. BUT i can't get anyone to answer. I just live on the main island so mailing it should be ok. If i can only get someone to answer. Never again will i rent from budget!

Budget Rent A Car - Inadequate counter service.

Over 33 customers in line waiting to rent reserved cars and only 1 counter representative. Worst customer focus, in any industry, I have ever received. No plan to ever use Budget again. Don't know how they stay in business.
