Made inline reservation hoping to also get discount with aarp but had no where to apply information. Went to puck up car told agent about aaro said he could not apply it.

Had to extend the contract and asked about aaro again daid he could not apply it. Then asked about dropping at a different location and said it would cost $87 more and i had until saturdat. Saturday came and they quoted me $150 more. BUDGET MISLEADS THEIR CUSTIMERS AND SAY THEY CANNOT MAKE ADJUSTMENTS.

THEY ARE CROOKS AND MISLEADING. They refuse to make adjustments when it their mistake!

How was this Budgets mistake? On their website you have the option of adding the AARP discount code.

This code is pro ided by AARP itself.

Furthermore, reservations cannot be modified by agents as the rate quoted must be honored. Next time call Budget and book the reservation.
