If you have a reservation and want to pre pay it is imposible. Why would a company make it hard for customers to pay.
That is how budget makes their money. I suspect some one in the IT department is making the rules. Those people have no common sense. I know that is what happens when you let programs make the rules instead of normal people.
I know these people are very intelligent but they don't think like everyone else. The easiest thing your company should have is a way for customers to pay.
