We arrived at Budget Rental at the Denver Airport. There were people and luggage everywhere outside and inside the store it looked like a line of people waiting to be evacuated from a disaster area.

We waited for a hour before we were issued a car. Of course we didn’t get the car type we requested but we were lucky to have a car.

On returning to the Airport from the Budget rental return facility we had to stop on the shoulder of the freeway because the driver couldn’t see through the foggy window. A pasenger on the bus had to tell the driver to turn on the defroster so the fog would clear. After he got the windshield cleared he pulled back on the freeway to a chorus of honking horns because they had to swerve to avoid hitting him.

When we finally got to our terminal he went to the flights arriving area, not the area where flights depart.

We were all dumped at the same place making it difficult for us to find our airline check in. The check in was up three flights and halfway down the terminal.

I would think you would have trained your bus drivers on operating the bus and where to go for arrival and departure flights.
