Budget Rent A Car in Ottawa Hills, Ohio - Prepayment

I returned the car one the first of August and noticed that instead of taking the money from prepayment another payment was taken out of my account called customer service and was told once payment goes through my money will be returned to my account so i looked this morning and it has not been returned called customer service again and was told it could take up to two weeks I feel that this is very wrong and unfair we as customers do have other responsibilities
