Rented a car at Budget. I am a smoker but do not smoke in my car or home. Visiting my granddaughtet even more reason NOT to smoke in car. Charged $250 for residual smell. I was told not to nor did I smoke IN THE car.

I have rented a car from Budget once. NEVER AGAIN! I got the worst car I have ever rented - for 5 days - to the tune of over $400.00! Beware of hidden fees; high pressure to include their insurance - even the cheapest insurance (LDW) was $39.95 per day - for a car which, in my opinion was barely worth 40 bucks! I will never rent from Budget again, and I will never recommend that company to anyone!

Over 33 customers in line waiting to rent reserved cars and only 1 counter representative. Worst customer focus, in any industry, I have ever received. No plan to ever use Budget again. Don't know how they stay in business.

I have been to Budget at MIA two weekends in a row. And it has been the same problem. These agents consistently keep peole waiting in a ridiculous line. They have people at the counter for up to 30 minutes! As a result, the line stays long, and you have to wait at least an hour. This is ridiculous.
